About Introduction

AIdChat is a chatbot that utilizes cutting-edge AI technology to understand user intent, learn, and provide optimal responses, enabling natural conversations.

With competitive pricing, a simple and user-friendly management interface, anyone can easily use the chatbot. It integrates with Azure OpenAI Service to achieve smart conversations with high security. Additionally, it supports the latest VRM avatars, allowing for unique chat experiences.

You can try it for free for one month by subscribing to a plan. If you cancel within one month, there will be no charges, so feel free to give it a try.

STEP 1: Sign-in and User Registration
Enter your email address on the sign-in page of our site. Then, click the link in the email you receive to complete email verification.
Next, register your user information and password, which will allow you to access the management interface.

STEP 2: Registering a Website
After logging into the management interface, proceed from "Website Management" to "Website List" and register the website where you want to install the chatbot.

STEP 3: Select a Plan
Choose an appropriate plan to subscribe to.

STEP 4: Chatbot Configuration
From the "Details/Edit, Text Auto-Generation, Style Settings" tab in the "Website List," freely set the chatbot's response text, layout, icon, color, etc.

STEP 5: Code Generation and Embedding
Finally, from the "Code Generation" tab in the "Website List," embed the generated code directly under the <body> tag of your homepage.

Following these steps, the chatbot will be displayed on your homepage and available for use. For more details, please refer to the "Startup Guide" in the "Support" section of our site.

The introduction process is detailed in the "Startup Guide" in the "Support" section of our site, and you can start immediately by following it. While existing chatbots require registering individual questions and responses, AIdChat is set up by simply pasting a single text.

Yes, our chatbot uses advanced security protocols and takes numerous measures to protect user data and privacy. We use SSL encryption technology to ensure data is securely transmitted and received. Additionally, we strictly adhere to our privacy policy and do not share user information with third parties.

Customer data is protected using the latest security technologies and stored on secure servers in encrypted form.

We offer two plans: $9 per month and $49 per month. For more details, please refer to the "Pricing" section at here.

The available payment methods are credit card payment and invoice payment. If you prefer to pay by invoice, please contact us.

You cannot change plans during the contract period. Please cancel your current plan and apply for a new plan.

If the chatbot does not appear even when you embed the code directly under the <body> tag of your homepage, please try embedding it inside the <head> tag.

About Functions

The design and placement of the chat window on the site can be customized freely.

Outputting chat history is not supported, but you can check the chat history from the management interface.

There is no limit to the storage period of chat history.

If it is from the same device and browser, a revisitor is recognized, and the conversation history remains within 24 hours from the first question. If visited from a different device or browser, or if the browser cache is cleared, it will be treated as a first visit.

The base languages are Japanese and English, but depending on the conversation content, the AI may use other languages.

In the current Azure OpenAI used by AIdChat, customer data is not used for retraining the AI model.

Chat data is not used for retraining the AI model. It is retained for 30 days for monitoring misuse/abuse, and approved Microsoft employees may review in case of misuse.

The content filter of Azure OpenAI Service is set to "low." Depending on the question content, there may be things that cannot be answered.

You can upload files up to a maximum of 200KB.

We support VRM format avatars. This allows for the use of avatars with a variety of expressions and movements, enabling interactions that reflect the user's personality and preferences.

VRM is a file format for 3D avatars. It enables real-time reflection of avatar expressions and movements, creating more natural and engaging communication in virtual spaces.

We recommend using the software "VROID Studio" for avatar creation. It is a free 3D avatar creation tool with an intuitive interface, widely used from beginners to professionals. With VROID Studio, you can easily create original VRM avatars and integrate them into our chatbot.

Currently, there are no restrictions, but for browser display considerations, we recommend staying below 20MB.

Many avatars are available on the "VRoid Hub" site. Among these avatars, it is mandatory to meet the usage conditions of "corporate OK," "commercial use OK," and "redistributable." Download avatars that meet these conditions and upload them from the AIdChat management screen under Web Site Management > Demo (Style Settings) tab > VRM tab.

Due to the mechanism of displaying VRM avatars in browsers, it is necessary to download the VRM file to the browser. This is considered equivalent to redistribution as the avatars are publicly available.

It is prohibited by the terms of use. However, since VRM files are downloaded to the browser by design, please anticipate the possibility of users using them without permission.

The expression patterns automatically correspond to the response content in the following 5 ways. Set them in VRM:
- happy: Indicates joy
- angry: Indicates anger or dissatisfaction
- sad: Indicates sadness
- relaxed: Indicates relaxation or a sense of security
- surprised: Indicates surprise
- neutral: Indicates a neutral or calm emotion

VRM avatars cannot be clicked. If there is a button behind the VRM avatar, clicking the button will be considered a click.

You can teach up to 13,000 characters, equivalent to about one page of a newspaper. By utilizing this knowledge base, it is possible to provide high-precision answers in Q&A and other scenarios.
