Contract Details

Checking Contract Details and Additional Question Purchase History

From the AIdChat management interface's side menu, click on "Basic Settings" and select "Contract Details".

Your current contract information and additional question purchase history will be displayed. Enter the contract ID and website ID in the search box at the top and click the "Search" button to display specific contract details only.

Please note that additional purchased question counts cannot be carried over beyond the displayed contract end date, so please use them carefully.

Cancellation

Click on the "Cancel" button on the left side of the contract details you want to cancel.
A confirmation screen will appear, click "Cancel" to complete the cancellation process.
※Even after cancellation, you can continue to use the chatbot until the contract end date.

Once canceled, the button on the left side of the contract details will change to "Cancellation Process Completed".
The detailed status displayed on the button is as follows:

Cancel: The contract is active, and the chatbot is available for use.

Payment Pending: Payment confirmation is pending, and the chatbot is inactive.

Contract Preparation: There was an issue during the contract process, and the contract is incomplete, making the chatbot inactive.

Cancellation Process Completed: The cancellation process is complete, and the chatbot is available for use until the contract end date.

Cancelled: The contract has ended, and the chatbot is inactive.
